TouchFit 360 - 9 principles?

TouchFit 360 has 9 principles that help cluster areas the Touch membership can utilise when trying to attain the two basic outcomes

  1. Player profiling
  2. Physical conditioning
  3. Psychology
  4. Skill and Technique
  5. Food and Fluid
  6. Player wear
  7. Athlete environment
  8. Injuries
  9. Target groups

Before any Touch encounter or day/week/season planning, you should ask yourself:

What can I do to increase/improve the two basic outcomes of TouchFit 360 for me and others I connect with?

E.g. Warming up/down, fuel sources, correct gear, or Participant profiling
